Terms & ConditionsOfficial Registry Code of Ethics & Standards
Agreement Overview
Welcome to Texas Bully Registry ("TBR"). By accessing or using our website, registering canines or litters, purchasing registration certificates, or participating in TBR-sanctioned events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, alongside our Official Breed Standards and Breeder Code of Ethics.
1. Official Registry Authority & Certificates
ARTICLE 01
Texas Bully Registry is an independent, authoritative canine registry established to maintain purebred bloodline archives, issue verified registration certificates, and standardize Bully breed categories.
• All certificates generated by TBR bear a unique Registration Number and cryptographic QR verification hash.
• Physical and digital certificates remain the official property of TBR and are issued as a credential of record based on applicant declarations.
• Alteration, fraudulent reproduction, or forgery of any certificate or official ledger entry constitutes grounds for immediate lifetime revocation and legal prosecution.
Any individual or kennel applying for single dog registration, litter registration, or certificate issuance declares and warrants that:
• All submitted information—including parentage, date of birth, and color markings—is complete, true, and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
• The applicant is the rightful legal owner or authorized breeder of the canine submitted.
• TBR reserves the discretionary right to inspect, request veterinary verification, or mandate DNA parentage testing if parentage or identity is challenged.
3. Breeder Code of Ethics & Animal Welfare
ARTICLE 03
Every breeder utilizing TBR services pledges adherence to our humane standards:
• **Humane Treatment:** Maintaining clean, sanitary living conditions, proper veterinary care, and adequate socialization for all breeding stock and puppies.
• **Responsible Breeding:** Avoiding dangerous or unhealthy genetic extremes; breeding solely to advance the health, temperament, and structural integrity of recognized breeds.
• **Truth in Advertising:** Representing canine bloodlines, health clearances, and registry standing honestly to prospective buyers without deceptive marketing.
4. Litter Registration & Puppy Transfers
ARTICLE 04
Registered breeders are entitled to register complete litters subject to registry requirements:
• Sire and dam must be officially registered with TBR or a recognized partner registry.
• Each puppy issued an individual registration paper is eligible for transfer to the permanent owner.
• The breeder must deliver the official TBR certificate and transfer paperwork to the buyer promptly upon placement.
5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
ARTICLE 05
All fees for dog registration, litter registration, expedited certificate printing, and related services are clearly posted in our official fee schedule:
• Payments are processed securely prior to registrar document review and issuance.
• Due to immediate administrative filing, digital ledger generation, and fraud screening costs, application processing fees are **non-refundable** once a registration is submitted and entered into the ledger.
• In the event an application is rejected for non-compliance, registrar credits may be granted at TBR discretion.
6. Revocation, Suspension & Disciplinary Actions
ARTICLE 06
TBR strictly protects the integrity of its stud books. TBR reserves the sole right to:
• Suspend or revoke any certificate found to have been issued based on false representations, doctored photographs, or fraudulent parentage.
• Suspend or permanently ban individuals convicted of animal cruelty, deliberate registration fraud, or unsportsmanlike conduct at sanctioned events.
• Publish revocations on the official public registry ledger to warn prospective canine buyers.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
ARTICLE 07
TBR maintains canine registration archives based on sworn applicant submissions and available documentation. TBR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from breeder warranties, pet health outcomes, or third-party sales disputes.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
• Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
